This secure layout requires any 2 of the 3 parties to cryptographically sign before coins release, eliminating single-point platform vulnerability.

1. Getting Started

This node is the officially signed clearnet directory and educational index for Darkmatter Hub. It serves as a secure gateway containing live, cryptographically verified .onion mirrors for our marketplace. Safe routing starts here; we regularly sign our mirrors with our master PGP key to protect access and ensure direct, unmanipulated routes to our active platform interfaces.

.onion addresses are dynamic cryptographic URLs hosted strictly inside the decentralized Tor (The Onion Router) network. Onion domains use layered multi-hop encryption pathways, bouncing packets through three distinct volunteer relay nodes located worldwide. This protocol completely conceals the sender and receiver's physical IP addresses, creating highly anonymous pathways for marketplace telemetry.

To access the platform, you must install the official Tor Browser from torproject.org. Download and configure the browser, set your security levels to high, and copy-paste our verified mirror URL directly into the navigation bar. Do not route connections through standard clearnet search engines, and avoid running active VPN clients on your host machine while accessing Tor unless your sandbox configuration explicitly mandates it.

Access any verified .onion mirror, navigate to the registration screen, and select a non-identifying username and a secure password combination. Avoid reusing passwords from other clear/dark-web databases. You will also receive an automated cryptographic transaction recovery seed. Safeguard this offline, as it acts as your absolute database escape hatch if credentials are lost.

2. Security & Privacy

Never trust unverified text strings. Our interface publishes signed link lists validated by the platform's public PGP key. Additionally, when logged into our portal, verify the cryptographically signed message block on your invoice page. If the signature matches our official verification key, your server route is structurally authentic. If verification fails, close the session immediately.

PGP encryption ensures that sensitive details, such as shipping addresses, remain entirely illegible to anyone except the intended vendor. If system databases are ever structurally audited, raw plain-text files would be exposed. By manually encrypting all communication using the merchant's target PGP public key, your data remains secure from interception.

Yes. We encourage all users to secure their profile with PGP-based 2FA. When enabled, your login sequence generates a random message encrypted with your published public key. You must decrypt this message using your offline private key and paste the validation string to log in, preventing unauthorized account access.

Disable JavaScript within Tor Browser parameters. Wipe historical caches after each session. Never share identification details, contact aliases, or location metadata inside unencrypted tickets. If communication is critical, route notifications via our integrated XMPP notification gateway to bypass active browser-based delivery vectors entirely.

3. Payments & Escrow

To protect financial privacy, we trade natively in Monero (XMR). XMR hides sender addresses, transaction amounts, and transaction histories. If you do not have Monero, our system features an integrated exchange API to process incoming payments in Bitcoin, Litecoin, or ZCash, converting them directly to XMR during order creation.

Our third-party exchange API enforces strict security volume caps for stable conversions: Bitcoin conversions are limited to balances between 0.01 and 0.25 BTC; Litecoin scales between 0.5 and 125 LTC; and ZCash operates from 0.5 to 300 ZEC. The transaction will automatically decline if the conversion fee exceeds fifty percent of the target balance.

This signature method is the gold standard for darknet markets. It generates custom key shares split across three network participants: the buyer, the seller, and the platform. For payments to release, any two of the three participants must provide their cryptographic signatures. This ensures that even if the market experiences downtime, funds cannot be unilaterally accessed by any single party.

We do not charge deposit or account maintenance fees. The only system-wide charges are standard Monero network tx fees to pay miners, and our minimal marketplace transaction fee, which is automatically calculated and shown transparently on checkout pages.

4. Orders & Vendors

Order states update automatically on your account dashboard. Status stages move from "Paid" to "Accepted", "Shipped", and finally "Delivered". Merchants enter optional tracking information directly into the invoice panel, which is fully encrypted using your public key. Always check the auto-finalization countdown timer associated with your order.

We maintain highly rigorous safety benchmarks for active merchants. Established vendors with high rep scores from other platforms may request waived bond registration fees by verifying their legacy PGP profile signatures. All incoming vendors must integrate PGP-only login mechanics and complete random product analysis to confirm item purity.

If an order does not arrive, clicking the "Raise Dispute" button freezes the finalization timer and opens a 5-day negotiation window. If the buyer and vendor cannot agree, a platform moderator will step in. The moderator awards claims based on merchant policies, tracking information, postal routes, and historical account reputation scores.

5. Technical Support

For uncredited payments, do not submit standard support tickets. Navigate directly to our automated diagnostic portal at /market/deposit/lost/. Submit your transaction data along with the PGP-signed invoice from your order to instantly trigger database synchronization.

If your account has PGP integration, click the reset password button on the login panel. If not, paste your automated mnemonic seed generated during registration to clear verification hashes. Support agents cannot bypass these security protocols to manually reset passwords, as we do not store identifying master files on our active nodes.

Technical Telemetry Specifications

This support core is synchronized with our decentralized ledger databases. If you require further assistance or need to report a localized node bug, always sign your queries with your secure personal keys before transmission. All operations comply with the darkmatter market framework.
